This is Remarkable! I texted Yoav, asking about possible days/times that he might have to help in the next week or so. He called back within a few minutes and walked me through a bunch of things over the course of the next approximately 45 minutes. He wound up saying that he would need to set things up on our computers in person so that he would be able to work remotely with them. What a computer wizard – I completely agree with you about his depth of knowledge. Also, he is able to communicate very clearly about everything.

There is an old story from professional football. Vince Lombardi, the great football coach from Green Bay, was angry with his team because they had just lost a game by a very lopsided score. At a team meeting, he held up a football so the team could see it. He said, “This is a football.” Max McGhee one of the bigger smart-asses on the team, raised his hand, and asked, “Coach, could you go over that again?” I think that is you and me. You can’t go too slow for me to learn this stuff.

If you are not lucky enough to have Yoav as your dad, you would be very lucky to have him as your advisor. The wisdom and effectiveness of his approach is so profound, it even overcame a daughter’s natural instinct to ignore her parents’ advice. My dad helped me organize my digital life so I could focus on the more fun parts of life … especially his grandchildren.

Yoav is extremely knowledgeable about Apple and I highly recommend using his services. He’s patient, kind, and will pause if you need him to repeat something. His instructions are concise and clear. He will explain everything and why. You can see him doing it too. There’s no handing the device off and you’ll see it next week. He does hybrid sessions and is very accommodating to your schedule. If you need help with any issues or questions, he’s readily available- even in emergencies. He helps all ages and users (new and old). Highly recommend his services. Thank you once again, Yoav! I want to thank you for all the time and energy you spent on my computer, yesterday. It was well over three hours, not to mention the time you worked on it in your head. You were patient, you were kind and you took your time. You were working with a person, me, who had only a vague idea of what was going on and barely understood how to follow the necessary directions. I need to thank Penns Village for sending Yoav.
I have gone to the Apple store many times for help, but I still had a list of unanswered questions. It is hard to get answers I can understand and apply from young people, and in the store. I completely understood Yoav, and even better, he understood me and what I needed to know to do what I wanted on my iPhone and iPad. He spent the entire afternoon here, which I really appreciated, and didn’t leave until I had checked off all the items on my list.
He is a delightful person and a very good teacher.
