Apple builds incredible devices, but Apple Stores aren’t set up for continuous, ongoing one-on-one preventative care. That’s where I step in.

I am a member of Penns Village. I needed help with my iMac and more. Yoav came over and stayed for 5 hours and he tells me we have a lot more to do. I have a vintage iMac, a Pretty old iPad, iPhone, and an Apple Watch. The whole Apple family. He is an Apple specialist. And boy is he a wiz! -Amy

This is Remarkable! I texted Yoav, asking about possible days/times that he might have to help in the next week or so. He called back within a few minutes and walked me through a bunch of things over the course of the next approximately 45 minutes. He wound up saying that he would need to set things up on our computers in person so that he would be able to work remotely with them. What a computer wizard – I completely agree with you about his depth of knowledge. Also, he is able to communicate very clearly about everything.
