About Me
Yoav Zohar
I’m a jubilant retiree who spent my career as an Industrial Engineer in the software and robotic space. I must confess, that retirement can be a bit dull, but I discovered that helping others and giving back fills me with pure joy.
There’s something truly delightful about assisting seniors in mastering their Apple devices the right way. Most seniors were never trained on how to use these rapidly evolving electronic marvels, and nothing warms my heart more than rekindling their connection with their Apple devices.
Beyond simply addressing your requests, I go the extra mile to ensure your devices are set up and maintained to work their magic seamlessly. While Apple devices are renowned for their user-friendliness, seniors often struggle with getting all the default settings just right. That’s where I come in to ensure they function like one big, harmonious digital family.
What’s more, I’m all about systems and customization. I’ll craft a tailored system that perfectly suits your unique personality and technical needs.
But before we dive into our work together, here’s one more thing you should know about me—I’m a bona fide “punster.” I have a knack for cracking corny jokes, especially when people are feeling stressed with their computers. Laughter is indeed great medicine, but my preventive Apple Care works even better

I volunteer through organizations in Philadelphia called “villages“.
Villages are dedicated to supporting older adults who wish to remain in their own homes with the help of neighbor provided services.
Most of the villages fall under the umbrella of the Village to Village Network.
